Convert Lotus Notes to Outlook Express with Emails & Attachments

Now the conversion process begins by loading the NSF file. To load, click on Browse button

Here, navigates the location where all nsf files are saved. Now choose the NSF file to be converted and click on Open Button.

Now Click on Start Scan button to let the error-free migration process begin.

Now Software will scan all the emails and its other attributes (meta properties, folder hierarchy, attachments, inline images etc) which are stored inside selected NSF database.Watch the process until gets over:

Now a Window will be Pop up which shown the Scan completion successfully message. Click on OK to proceed further.

Preview lotus notes emails. Now the software will display entire Notes Database Emails including all folders such as; Inbox, Drafts, Sent, Follow Up, Junk Mail, Trash, and subfolders. Select emails folders using checkboxes provided against each and click on Start Conversion button.

To Convert Lotus Notes Emails to Outlook Express Emails, you have to choose the desired location where you want to save all the emails. Then Click on OK button.

Required configuration details will be checked by software before moving for Export Emails:

Here, nsf file to outlook express emails conversion is running. Software will show all the progress details like saving emails, subject found and current email Count etc.

Now a completion message box will be shown with the desired location of converted emails. Click on OK Button to over the process.

Go to the desired location where you have saved transferred emails. Open the folder and select the mails accordingly.

Now preview each email to ensure data accuracy after NSF file email data conversion.

Final step is select the all emails, drag them and drop inside Outlook express any folder. All nsf emails are imported in Outlook Express.

At the end you can be viewed all the complete content and metadata.
